We provide a detailed size chart on every product page. Since bridal and formal wear often runs smaller than daily apparel, we highly recommend taking your measurements (bust, waist, and hips) and comparing them to our guide before ordering.
What is the typical shipping time for a custom gown?
Each dress is handcrafted to order. Production typically takes 15-25 days, followed by 3-7 business days for express international shipping via carriers like DHL or FedEx.
Can I request customizations to an existing design?
Yes, we offer various customization options such as changing sleeve lengths, adjusting necklines, or adding extra lace. Please contact our customer service team before placing your order to discuss specific design modifications.
What is your return and refund policy?
We accept returns on standard-sized dresses within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition. Please note that custom-sized dresses and personalized designs are final sale and cannot be returned.
